Kellie has a great amount of patience and understanding of how to work with children who have learning challenges.  She is methodical and organized in the use of specialized curriculum.  Her ability to break through autism barriers is remarkable.  She gained trust and respect from my child which culminated in many gains in speech, language, and academics while working with her.  Very professional, responsive to individualized needs, and reliable.

My son was having some trouble pronouncing certain words and letter sounds when he was around 4. When things were not improving on their own, we decided to look for help and found Kellie. We were at a loss as to what to do to help him and wanted to give him the best chance of being successful once he started Kindergarten. After speaking with Kellie, we felt very confident that speech therapy was the best option. The first day he went I was amazed hearing him pronounce words correctly for the first time and it wasn’t a struggle for him. Her methods of teaching are so effective, and she makes learning fun so the kids actually enjoy it. I was completely in shock and very pleasantly surprised when I saw progress after just one day. Kellie reads fun stories, plays games, offers snacks, and lets kids be kids and learn at their own pace. She’s a great teacher and is very patient and understanding. During the process she did several assessments to evaluate my son’s progress and give feedback and specific instructions on things we could do at home to help him. Our time with Kellie was well spent and to this day we really are very grateful to have found her. My son gained a lot of confidence after his sessions with Kellie and his speech has improved tremendously from where he started. I would recommend her to anyone who is in a similar situation and looking for help. It’s worth the investment and seeing your child succeed and overcome challenges is the best feeling in the world!

We love Kellie! She is very patient, kind, and caring. She let’s my son pick the activities and he absolutely loves his one on one time with her. He will even ask to go see her! She has the best toys/entertainment to engage kids of all ages. She goes out of her way to help with other areas like IEPs where I am new to it. I’ve seen a huge improvement with my son who only spoke a few words when he started seeing Kelly to now speaking sentences.

We just love Ms. Kellie! She works really hard to meet her client at their level, and caters her approach to individual personality. We have used her services with 2 of our children, each had a different experience designed just right for their needs and goals. Definitely recommend her!

Kellie is AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgeable about working with students and tailoring lessons to meet their individual needs. My son is in middle school and really enjoys working with Kellie. He can see his own academic growth and apply it in the classroom, which is a huge confidence booster for him and also makes him want to go back for more sessions. Having Kellie’s expertise in reading and math for students with learning challenges makes all the difference! You would be crazy not to hire her!
