We help the parents understand their rights under the law which is key to the child’s success. IEP advocacy can involve reviewing IEP documentation and providing a written report of suggested IEP changes.

We can help monitor progress as well to ensure the child is making meaningful educational gains.

We can review assessments and make suggestions for any additional assessments including Independent Educational Evaluations.

Perhaps your child has an IEP but is not making progress. Maybe the school is telling you that our child isn’t eligible for special education.

Maybe you just feel confused or need help with the IEP process in general. If the parent has a disagreement with the school, services or goals, IEP advocacy can help guide parents with the necessary next steps in navigating the IEP process.
